EU Shipping:

  • Flat Rate: For EU orders below €50.00, a flat rate of €6.95 applies.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within the EU over €50.00

International Shipping:

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for international orders will vary based on the destination. The total shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for USA & Canada orders over €100.00

Delivery Times

Please note that the delivery times below are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Processing time is typically 1-2 business days.

  • EU Orders: Orders shipped to countries within the European Union generally arrive within 3-5 business days after processing.

  • International Orders: Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination country and customs processing times. Generally, international orders can take between 5-7 business days after processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment via the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the EU, RAFRAY is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Delays and Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing. In rare cases where significant delays occur, we will do our best to notify you. If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact us at info@rafray.store, and we will assist you as best we can.

Damaged or Lost Packages

At RAFRAY, we are committed to ensuring that your items arrive in excellent condition. We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, in the unlikely event that your order is damaged or lost during shipping, we are here to help.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Provide detailed photos of the damaged items and the packaging. We will assess the situation and offer a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods until we have processed your claim.

Lost Packages: If your order is lost in transit and does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@rafray.store. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If the package cannot be found, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
